Kashkaval cheese is an outstanding sheep’s milk table cheese. It is gold in color and resilient in texture. Our Kasseri has a mild, sweet, buttery taste with a hint of olive flavor which is better appreciated when served at room temperature. When fried, it maintains its sweetness and makes a truly outstanding “Saganaki”.
